This Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AppBytes, LLC ("Company"), the developer of the Trove - Antique Appraisal mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Users may create accounts to access personalized features and additional services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App allows users to upload content, including images, descriptions, and profile pictures. By uploading any content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Uploaded scans (images and associated data) may be publicly accessible within the app and viewable by other users.
• Profile pictures may also be publicly displayed to other users.
• You grant AppBytes, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute this content for purposes related to providing the app’s services.
• You warrant that you have the legal right to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
   

If you believe any content within the App infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please notify us at info@appbytes.net. We will promptly investigate such claims.

The App may offer subscription tiers with different features. Fees and terms are specified within the App. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Some tiers may include a free trial period. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Subscription fees are processed through Apple’s App Store. AppBytes does not directly process payments or refunds.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your device’s settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

By using the App, you consent to receive service-related communications, promotional emails, and notifications from the Company.

All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Trove - Antique Appraisal are owned by AppBytes, LLC. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

The App may display content or logos belonging to third parties. This does not imply endorsement or ownership by AppBytes.

Trove - Antique Appraisal uses AI technology to process images and descriptions to provide identifications, historical context, and estimated valuations. AI-generated results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered expert authentication or definitive appraisal. Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent verification from certified experts before making financial or transactional decisions based on the app's results.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of descriptions you provide, and any reliance you place on AI-generated results. AppBytes is not liable for misidentifications, inaccurate appraisals, or damages arising from reliance on the app’s outputs.

By uploading images, scans, or profile pictures, you acknowledge and agree that such content may be publicly viewable by other users of the app. Do not upload any content you do not wish to share publicly.

You must use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The Company is not responsible for misuse of the App or user-uploaded content.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppBytes, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s accuracy, reliability, and performance. Under no circumstances shall AppBytes be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to losses related to item misidentification, inaccurate valuations, or public visibility of uploaded content.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
