We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may be required to provide certain personal information when you use specific services, such as:

(d) participating in promotions.

AppBytes collects and uses your personal information to operate Trove - Antique Appraisal and deliver requested services. This includes AI-driven image processing to identify and appraise antiques. Uploaded images are processed by third-party AI providers to generate identification and valuation data.

AI-generated results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute verified authentication or guaranteed appraisals. Users should independently verify any conclusions provided by the app.

• Communicate with you regarding your account and submitted scans;
• Improve our algorithms and enhance user experience;

AppBytes does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties.

When you upload an image for analysis, Trove sends this image to third-party AI models for processing. These services may temporarily store and process your data to provide accurate results. By using Trove, you consent to this processing.

While we take steps to protect your data, AI-generated results may not always be accurate. AppBytes is not liable for any decisions, purchases, or sales based on AI-generated appraisals.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and uploaded scans. Upon receipt of a verifiable request, we will:

• Delete your personal information from our records, and
• Direct any service providers to delete your information from their records.
   

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention and maintaining service integrity.

Trove - Antique Appraisal does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.

We may store your data on secure servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted. These providers are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
